A web-design agency based in central Paris, our client works for many leading world-renowned companies.

Due to expansion and an increasing workload, our client is looking to take on an efficient Office Manager to set up procedures and systems, ensure the smooth running of the office and be the organisational linchpin between management and the team (20 to 30 people).

Description

Responsibilities include, but are certainly not limited to:

  • Handling phone calls and messages
  • Interface with the bank and accountant
  • Managing cashflow
  • Setting up and ensuring follow-up of procedures
  • Ensuring that decisions made by management are followed through within the team; setting up the required tools and motivating the team
  • Sales administration, tracking payments
  • Collecting information and preparing documentation for ongoing dossiers
  • Preparing and formatting documentation (correspondence, reports, tables etc)
  • Complex and ever-changing diary management
  • Organising and planning meetings

Profile

The ideal candidate will need to be :

  • Bilingual English and French, although daily use of English is unlikely
  • Excellent organisational skills, able to implement new procedures and improvements
  • Able to work autonomously, while an excellent team-player
  • Flexible with a "can-do" positive attitude
  • Friendly and open-minded, dynamic
  • Detail-orientated
  • Advanced software skills and an interest in new technologies
