Our Mission
We are a specialist recruitment agency operating exclusively in the selection of bilingual or multilingual Secretaries and Personal Assistants with fluency in English, French or other languages.
Recruiting bilingual Secretaries and Assistants is all we do, so we simply define our mission as "connecting bilingual people".

We have solid experience in the bilingual recruitment business. We have been established in Paris since 1990.
- Our business is run by a team of Consultants of English-speaking culture and education. Our Consultants are fully bilingual and have been operating for many years in a truly multi-cultural environment at both professional and personal levels.

TM History
TM INTERNATIONAL was founded in London in 1983. Our recruitment business expanded in 1990 when Tanya Ireland moved from Brussels to provide a service to the international companies in Paris who needed bilingual Secretaries and Assistants.
Since our move to Paris, we have consistently adapted to accommodate a growing team and changing market trends.
- 1990: TM INTERNATIONAL opened their new Parisian offices in the Franco-British Chamber of Commerce situated on 8, rue Cimarosa, Paris 16ème.
- 1992: A bigger team needs bigger offices. The TM INTERNATIONAL team moved to 2, rue Volney, Paris 2ème.
- 1995: TM INTERNATIONAL is on the move again – this time to its current location: 36/38, rue des Mathurins, Paris 8ème
- 1997: Creation of the website www.tmi-paris.com
- 2001: TM INTERNATIONAL launches a new logo and new website
- 2010: A new look for our TM website, with regularly updated job opportunities
