We are a specialist recruitment agency operating exclusively in the selection of bilingual or multilingual Secretaries and Personal Assistants with fluency in English, French or other languages.

Recruiting bilingual Secretaries and Assistants is all we do, so we simply define our mission as "connecting bilingual people"

We have solid experience in the bilingual recruitment business. We have been established in Paris since 1990.

TM INTERNATIONAL was founded in London in 1983. Our recruitment business expanded in 1990 when Tanya Ireland moved from Brussels to provide a service to the international companies in Paris who needed bilingual Secretaries and Assistants.

Since our move to Paris, we have consistently adapted to accommodate a growing team and changing market trends.

1990 - TM INTERNATIONAL opened their new Parisian offices in the Franco-British Chamber of Commerce situated on 8, rue Cimarosa, Paris 16ème.

1992 - A bigger team needs bigger offices. The TM INTERNATIONAL team moved on to 2, rue Volney, Paris 2ème.

1995 - TM INTERNATIONAL is on the move again - this time to its current location 36/38, rue des Mathurins, Paris 8ème.

1997 - Creation of the web site www.tmi-paris.com.

2001 - TM INTERNATIONAL launches a new logo and new web site

2007 - A new look for our TM website
